Welcome to City View Medical Practice & Shafton Lane Surgery

City View Medical Practice is a well-established NHS General Practice, comprising two sites, based in the Beeston and Holbeck areas of Leeds. We welcome anyone who moves into the LS11 area to register with us. 

Please look at our website for the information you need, including how to book an appointment and get test results. Much of this information and many of these services can be reached online 24/7. Otherwise, call us during our surgery hours and one of our team will be able to help you.

Please note, all telephone calls made to and from the practice are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

If the practice is closed and you have an urgent (but non-emergency) medical concern, you can seek help via NHS 111. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be accessed either online or by calling 111.

 

NHS 111 will assess your need, give you advice and direct you to the local service that can best help you.

 

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
